We have several of the new notables added via Jewels shown to us. Down below you can see each one with a brief overview what its use can be.
+1% to Critical Strike Chance of Herald Skills
+25% to Critical Multiplier if you dealt a Critical Strike with Herald Skill recently
This notable would be great for something like our Herald of Ice Assassin. The character’s main idea is to build Herald of Ice base Crit Chance by using things like Assassin’s Deadly infusion for 2% base Crit Chance, Increased Critical Strikes Support for even more base Crit, and with this Jewel scaling it becomes even easier. The notable can have many other uses of course, this is just an efficient one that comes to mind.
30% Increased Warcry Duration
Warcries count as having 10 additional nearby enemies
30% Increased Warcry Buff Effect
This Warcry notable has great synergy with Berserker’s War Bringer and passive notables like Words of Glory and Battle Cry. This combination can result in very effective Warcries even against single targets. The little passive nodes leading up to Cry Wolf also seem to give 15% Increased Warcry Buff Effect, which is also efficient.
30% Increased Lightning Damage
Your Shocks can increase damage taken by up to a maximum of 60%
30% Increased Effect of Shock
With recent changes to how Shock works against endgame encounters it is possible to apply decent Shocks on even tough bosses now. This node makes things even easier. Passive nodes leading up to it are decent but not that great, sitting at 12% Increased Lightning Damage per point.
Touch of Cruelty
Chaos Skills have 10% chance to Hinder enemies on Hit, with 30% Reduced Movement Speed
Enemies Hindered by you take 10% Increased Chaos Damage
This notable might turn out to be the weakest of all. The Chance to Hinder is not that reliable at only 10%, simply because with skills like Essence Drain you cannot keep a decent uptime on the Hinder effect. Hindered enemies take 10% Increased damage, which is easily outclassed by Vaal Blight‘s 20%. The lesser nodes are acceptable, providing 12% Increased Chaos Damage.
Random Portal Feature & Farrul Item Div Card
In 3.10 you will be able to use a new free feature that will cycle between your Portal effects, essentially making use of each one you have. You can check out the video here. Council of Cats is a new Divination Card set that will provide a random Farrul item at 4/4. Council of Cats will definitely make the chase unique Farrul's Fur less expensive than before.
