(computer, tablet, phone, etc.) If you are using a mobile device, are you accessing the site directly or using an app to get here? (Twitter, for example) Where does the problem occur? Was it a one-time thing or does it occur multiple times? Can you provide screenshots displaying the problem? (This is especially useful when reporting a problem with an advert, for example) Depending on the cause of the problem, one of us will aim to get back to you ASAP and help to resolve the issue.
