SUMMON SKELETONS KILLING MY TOON

I’ve run into an issue with Raise Zombie and Summon Skeleton gems. My Witch takes damage from using these gems. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known issue or something new? If anything else, it’s a great suicide move.
