Patch Note updates for 3.27 Keepers of the Flame

GGG made some updates and changes to the patch notes for 3.27 Keepers of the Flame league
Some highlights are Kinetic Rain and Thunderstrom are now quest rewards from Server the Right Hand, a quest in Act 3, meaning they have been moved from Act 1 to Act 3, as well as shrine buff and duration nodes now only apply to Shrines activated within maps.
There are also changes to 
Command of the Pit, giving minions a 25% chance to gain unholy might on hits with spells instead of a +1000 accuracy rating if you have a Ghastly eye jewel socketed.
