Ritual Is the Best Farming Method in PoE2 Right Now

A new post on the PoE2 subreddit is currently making the rounds, with multiple players calling Ritual the best mechanic for farming currency right now. If you set it up right, the returns can be huge, but you need the right tablets, the right towers, and a lot of mobs.

How Ritual Farming Works

This is the setup that players are using:

  • Run 2 Ritual Tablets with good omen or reroll modifiers
  • Stack 3 towers close together (3 tablets per tower)
  • Load up your map with Delirium, Irradiated, Boss, and pack size mods

This combo spawns a ton of monsters, which means more tribute and more chances at high-value rewards. Some players say they are making 10+ Divines in a single 3–4 hour session doing this.

Best Ritual Tablets to Use

Tablets with “Rituals can be rerolled an additional time” are especially good. Not only do they help with farming, but you can sell them instantly for 2–3 Divines each.

Omens are the real money-makers here, though. The rare ones, like Omen of Whittling or Dextral Erasure, can show up in Ritual rewards if you have the right setup. You want:

  • Atlas passives for omen drops
  • Tablets with omen chance modifiers
  • A build that can handle lots of packs and a few tough fights

Tips From the Community

  • Some players use one map layout for finding Omens, and another setup focused on rerolling or buying them.
  • If you need to defer an expensive Omen, bring a tablet with reduced defer costs to avoid losing it.
  • Boosting pack size is key – Delirium and monster-affix Waystones help a lot more than raw rarity.

It is also worth noting that tribute does not carry over between maps, so it is all about getting enough value per run.

Does It Always Work?

No, not always. The loot is real, but like most PoE2 systems, Ritual is still RNG-heavy. Even though some players have made 70+ Divines this season from Rituals alone, there are also others who report dry streaks with no valuable Omens even after 10+ maps. Tribute cost for big Omens can go over 5K favor, so running a defer cost reduction setup helps.

As one player put it:
Found my first Whittling and one Divine Orb for less than 1k ritual points.”

Another added:
100% agree. I saved up to get all ritual points. Easily my best ROI all league.
