3. Increased Cooldown Recovery Rate of Movement Skills used while affected by Haste

Socket a Large Cluster Jewel (Increased Lightning Damage base with 8 Passive Skills) into both large jewel sockets with the following stat priority.

1. 1 Added Passive Skill is Storm Drinker
2. 1 Added Passive Skill is Scintillating Idea
3. 1 Added Passive Skill is Widespread Destruction
4. Added Small Passive Skills also grant: All Attributes

Socket a Medium Cluster Jewel (Increased Area Damage base with 4-5 Passive Skills) into three medium jewel sockets with the following stat priority.

1. Expansive Might (only 1 needed)
2. Vast Power (2 highly recommended)
3. Magnifier or Towering Threat
4. Added Small Passive Skills also grant: Increased Area of Effect
5. Added Small Passive Skills also grant: All Attributes

Socket a Small Cluster Jewel (Chance to Block Attack Damage with 2 Passive Skills) into one medium jewel socket with the following stat priority:

1. Enduring Ward
2. Added Small Passive Skills also grant: Maximum Mana

Socket a Hypnotic Eye Jewel or Murderous Eye Jewel into the remaining small jewel sockets with the following stat priority.
