Important PoB Notes
The PoB community fork created by Localidentity is the only version being kept up to date, so make sure you have the correct version: PoB Community Fork.
End Game PoB & Passive Skill Tree
This build is extremely straightforward tree-wise. The budget-friendly version includes Cluster Jewels, however as the PoB shows, they are extremely bad ones which makes them very cheap to purchase and/or easy to craft.

Once the skill-tree is finished, just focus entirely on more Jewel Sockets or Cluster Jewels, if you can afford it.
Depending on if you’re playing Hardcore or Softcore, you will have to adjust your routing based on how good the gear you find is. An example is that if you have lots of Life & Resistance from drops you get during the Acts, you can focus on taking the damage-providing nodes over the defensive ones and vice versa. The links below are trees that should fit in almost any situation no matter the drop RNG.

A lot of the masteries available comes down to a matter of personal preference but some are more or less mandatory.
Life Mastery: “+50 to maximum life” this mastery node should be picked up in your first life cluster you get to.
Minion Offence Mastery: “20% increased effect of Offerings” Big defensive node and should be taken as soon as you start using Bone Offering.
Life Mastery: “10% increased maximum life & 10% reduced life recovery rate” generic life increase node which should be taken in your second life cluster you get to.
Minion Offence Mastery: “Minions penetrate 8% of cursed enemies elemental resistances” Since SRS has 100% of their physical damage converted to fire we will be taking this node in your very first Minion Offence Mastery cluster you get to.
Reservation Mastery: “Auras from your skills have 10% increased effect on you” This helps ramp up our defensive auras significantly.
Armour Mastery: “Determination has 25% increased mana reservation efficiency” Crucial mastery to make room for the Determination aura.
Shield Mastery: “+1% chance to block attack damage per 5% chance to block on equipped shield” A must have to reach the desired block caps.
Leveling Gems & Links
If you decide to level with minions, you are already going to use most skills you want to have ready when you level up. Don’t bother enabling Spectres until you’re level 65-70, or they will die consistently, so what you want to do is level the gem in your off-slot weapons.
The only important links to think about during the leveling progression are the links utilized for the Summon Raging Spirit, and it depends on what colors you have available to you, but the most optimal set-up for SRS is:
Do keep in mind that if you feel like you’re lacking single target damage vs any boss during the Acts, you can always change your Melee Splash to a red damage support gem such as Added Fire Damage Support or Melee Physical Damage Support. Once you get a 4-link, I would go for the Melee Physical, and later you can change the Splash for Multistrike Support instead for single target. The Aura decision comes in Act 3, which is when we enable Anger for optimal damage output.
Since the most desirable notable to anoint is very expensive we’ll be going for Arcane Guarding as it helps reach the block caps & is very affordable with the cost of 1x Clear Oil 1x Teal Oil & 1x Black Oil.
End Game Gem Links
For low budget you’ll either be using a Tabula Rasa or purchase/find a corrupted 6L with the proper colors (BBB-RRR) with some Life/Resistances.

- Melee Splash Support (Switch this for Multistrike Support for single-target)

3-Link Trigger Set-Up
Classic trigger set-up with Lifetap:
- Desecrate (Keep this at LvL 1 to reduce life cost)

The auras set-up is very straight forward, we’ll also fit our Convocation in here:
It’s crucial we add flat fire damage to our minions via Ghastly Eye Jewel to allow the Zombies to apply the debuffs from this set-up!
4-Link Utility Minions
These minions are here to buff your damage output the best way possible. The spectres we’ll be using for this build can be a bit tricky to find for the new(er) players, you can come to the global channel I made in-game by typing “/global 6666” and ask for them there if needed! First priority of spectre to pick up as we’ll only be running 2 is the Pale Seraphim it’s a monster from the Beyond/Scourge encounters that debuffs enemies with 15% increased damage taken. The 2nd spectre we’ll use is an Arena Master this will increase both damage dealt & taken by 20% and 20% increased attack/cast speed for 4 seconds with a ~8sec cooldown. The combination of these 2 significantly increase your damage capabilities.
