GhazzyTV's Golem Necromancer Build Guide (PoE Secrets of the Atlas 3.26)
Introduction
With a few buffs, a few changes and a fresh perspective from my side, the golems are back.
We will be focusing on Summon Carrion Golem of Scavenging for this guide
I’m going to be brutally honest, this is a build for the people who really like Golems. It works, but it’s not by any means a monster. It’s a solid B, middle-of-the-pack kind of build.
This is not to scare you away, but just to be clear on what to expect.
Pro’s
+ Relaxed Playstyle – The bulky boys do all the work while we dodge and cast curses.
+ Unique Play Style – This build is passive, even by minion standards.
Con’s
– Unique Play Style – This build is passive, even by minion standards.
– Transfig required – We need our Scavenging golems.
– Items Required – We need our Clayshaper x2.
– Defensive layers The defensive layers in low budget are a bit so-so
Damage scaling and defensive layers
Minion damage is the bread & butter for our damage output, as with all minion builds. We also need our other minions alive to make the Scavenger golems shine, as it buffs them. In addition to that we’re scaling poison.
Defensive layers come in the form of Life, Block & Minion Leech.
PoB and passive skill tree
All my guides use Path of Building. We have a simple guide for you that shows how to import my build into Path of Building, you can find the guide here

Ascendancy, bandit & pantheon recommendations
You can read about the Ascendancy, Bandit choice, and Pantheon Power recommendations for this build on our dedicated page.
Leveling
Level as something else, I’d recommend absolution, but pick whichever starter you prefer. Golems don’t feel good until they have a few things going for them.
Questions?
To guarantee that my guides are tools you can utilise to enhance your experience in Path of Exile, you may have questions. Please join the “PoE Vault discord(PoE Vault Discord)”: https://discord.gg/arpg-vault and they will attend to them as soon as they are able.
Final notes
As much as I love making build guides, it is very crucial in a game like Path of Exile that you play the game the way you enjoy playing it. With that said, if you’ve made any tweaks to the build compared to what I’m showing in this guide I would love it if you share in my discord! It’s an effective way to show other approaches and it helps me grow as a build guide creator!
I hope you found the build guide useful and I wish you all many Divine Orb drops!
