BalorMage's Tornado Inquisitor Gear & flasks (PoE Curse of the Allflame)
Summary
This build uses quite a few unique items, so you will need to cap your Elemental Resistances and get the attributes your gems require on the remaining rare pieces.

Jewels
This build makes use of quite a few unique jewels. Early on, you can use any rares that have life, critical strike multiplier, or critical strike chance.
We make use of the 
Timeless Jewel 
Glorious Vanity with the name Doryani. The number on the timeless jewel changes what the nodes are transformed into, but as long as the name is Doryani, it will be the Corrupted Soul Keystone we use.

Ideally, you would have 2-3 charges gained when hit by an enemy on each of your utility flasks. This will help with uptime. For suffixes, they want 3% regen, crit chance, movement speed, reduced effect of curses, and you can craft rarity at the crafting bench on the last one.
