GhazzyTV's Dark Pact Necromancer PoB, Passive Skill Tree & Gem Links (PoE Mirage)
Endgame PoB & Passive Skill Tree
All my guides use Path of Building. We have a simple guide for you that shows how to import my build into Path of Building. You can find the guide here.
You can find the low and medium budgets here: https://pobb.in/WutVkEvT0CFy
The high budget will be in its own separate guide.
Leveling Progression
As Dark Pact can be a bit clunky early, I would suggest you follow this guide for levelling and swap when you finish the campaign.
Endgame Gem Links
6-Link Dark Pact
Since we benefit vastly from chaining our Dark Pact between our skeletons, to hit single target bosses with multiple chains, these links are the best, in this order:
Dark Pact
Spell Echo Support
Chain Support
Arcane Surge Support
Void Manipulation Support
Intensify Support
Increased Critical Damage Support is coined onto the gem.
4-Link Skeletons
Our priority with this build is to increase the HP of our skeletons as well as make sure they are fast when moving from enemy to enemy. We also would prefer to automate the application of Wither via our skeletons’ melee hits. The best path to achieving this is as follows:
Summon Skeletons – Ideally
Vaal Summon Skeletons. A level 21 Vaal is better than a 20/20. 21/20 is obviously preferable.
Minion Life Support
Feeding Frenzy Support
Withering Touch Support
3-Link Trigger
This setup is best used with a bench-crafted weapon for the modifier “Trigger socketed spells when you use a skill.” This is to automate the Bone Offering buff we get to reach the max block cap. We also have Convocation in here on the trigger to effortlessly keep our utility minions safe. If you do not have a trigger craft available, you will have to self-cast the Bone Offering to keep the buff up until you get the craft.
2-Link Mobility
1-Socket Mobility
1-Socket Curse
3-Link Utility Minions
4-Link Auras
Purity of Elements
Tempest Shield
Vitality Keep this at around level 10

League content, Coins
With the arrival of the endgame rework in 3.28, we got a new currency, coins.
Three of them allow us to imbue gems with level 1 versions of support gems, intelligence, dexterity and strength related respectively to their types of coins.
Some of these will open up options for builds to offload their worst supports, and for some builds, the level modifiers are still too strong. You’re probably wondering which coins are relevant to this specific build, so let’s talk about that.
The first, and perhaps most important thing to note, is that this system has a lot of RnG involved. It’s random which possible support gem from the respective colours list you get. It is going to take a lot of attempts to hit the correct gem, and it will get expensive. As a result, coins are, in our opinion, a relatively late addition to most builds, as the cost is prohibitive.
With that out of the way, let’s talk about coins specific to this build.
For the main gem,
Dark Pact, we’re looking to imbue it with
Power Charge On Critical Support. This is a massive damage bump and far outweighs level 21. Make sure you imbue on a gem that has quality, as quality matters for Dark Pact.
For our other gems, we have no truly impactful coins to get.
Desecrate
Bone Offering
Convocation
Shield Charge
Faster Attacks Support
Frostblink
Despair
Animate Guardian
Raise Spectre
Summon Stone Golem
