Poison Blade Vortex Assassin Pantheons, Ascendancy & Bandits
Ascendancy (Shadow – Assassin)
Noxious Strike
You want to pick this up in Normal Lab as it allows you to actually play a Poison build. You need all this chance to Poison and Damage multipliers for your Poisons to start doing anything. On top of that, it leads to your most important node, which you can then pick up in Cruel Lab.
Toxic Delivery
Toxic Delivery got changed a fair bit in Path of Exile’s 3.13 Ritual League and no longer grants a multitude of different bonuses. It has been simplified to just augment Critical Strike Chance when you have poisons up on the Enemy and giving you a 50% more Damage multiplier. Where as it is less broken as it was before that update, picking up 50% More Damage is obviously still completely nuts and something you should be very happy about!
Mistwalker
Personally, I think this single notable used to be the strongest Ascendancy Passive in the entire game. Nowadays, I think Mistwalker is just really good yet fairly balanced. Mistwalker gives you permanent immunity to Critical Strikes whilst offering you a solid 33% Dodge & Spell Dodge at max effectiveness. Because this build is very solid at resetting Elusive and therefore has really high stack uptime it basically almost permanently gets you that mitigation. Additionally, it gives you approximately 60% extra Movement Speed at no cost which is such a nice Quality of Life! Mistwalker sure is still strong & something you happily pick up!
Opportunistic
The best of the rest to be honest. Opportunistic is better in any scenario than Ambush and Assassinate (unless you’re trying to scale something like an Explode Chest) and we don’t really scale Power Charges or anything like that. Nonetheless, it’s a solid notable giving you a 25% More Damage multiplier versus single target Bosses and a nice reduction while in packs of monsters.
Bandits
There really only is one option here. You require none of their benefits so we should be killing all three of them for additional skill points off of Eramir.
Pantheons
Major Gods
Soul of Lunaris is probably your best pick. However, it’s recommend that you upgrade this Pantheon by putting a Divine Vessel in the map device. After killing the correct boss, you’ll be getting a filled
Divine Vessel in your map device which you can trade in to Sin in the Epilogue for your upgrade.
Minor Gods
I would recommend Yugul here to cap out curse reduction.
Upgrading your Pantheons
Whilst upgrading your Pantheons never hurts you, it’s not that important for this character (besides the Upgrade for Soul of Lunaris that grants you Chain Immunity). If you have nothing else to do at some point, sure, why not, but it shouldn’t be something you focus on or spend a lot of time on.
Pantheon powers can be upgraded by using Divine Vessel in the Map Device while you are activating the particular Map that contains the boss you need. Once you’ve killed the boss and captured his soul, you need to deliver the
Divine Vessel, which’ll be filled up in the map device, to Sin in Oriath.
