CasualDan's Minion Army Necromancer Gear (PoE Necropolis)
The Gear
This a league starter that mostly uses cheap rare items with Life and Resistances. We are also using a few cheap unique items that you can add later.
Rare Pieces
For the Rare Pieces we’re gonna use:

You need a total of 113 Dexterity to Level up your Phase Run to level 9, but if you have more DEX, then level it further. You can get 60 DEX from the tree by speccing into Agility and Expertise but spec out of them once you get some stats on your Amulet and Rings. Some players want to be a bit more active and have removed the Phase Run from the build. Instead, they have added Shield Charge with Faster Attacks.

Do not skip the 2 Unending Hunger because these are gonna make your Specters attack really fast and you’re gonna fly though Atlas Progression. Once I get these 2 I usually complete all white and yellow maps in 1-3 minutes. They do pack quite a punch and are really important.
The Asenath's Gentle Touch and Profane Proxy combo is gonna greatly improve your clearspeed. Don’t forget to spec into Spiritual Aid! In the first few days of the league these items are a bit expensive at around 100 chaos each. Wait a little bit if you don’t have enough currency and go for some rare items with life and resistances. After a few days they usually go down in price to a few chaos orbs each.
Maw of Mischief is used to make the minions aggressive by default. It’s quite an expensive item for the first few days of the league, but after 5-6 days it usually goes down in price to around 10-20 chaos. Until that point, you can use a rare helmet with life and resistances.
!!! Be careful with Death Wish (the Skill Granted by the Maw of Mischief) since that skill could destroy your A.G. Take it off the skill Bar, and never use it !!!

Once you have a bit more currency, upgrade the chest piece of the Animate Guardian to 
Gruthkul's Pelt .
Flasks
Quartz Flask that removes Freeze and Chill
Granite Flask Of the Armadillo (armour suffix) that will get us to around 30k Armour
Quicksilver Flask! that will make our character faster and the “Additional Elemental Resistances during Flask Effect” mod will enable us to run Elemental Weakness Maps
Divine Life Flask that we will use from time to time. Get one with Bleeding and Corrupted Blood Removal
Hallowed Mana Flask with Ignite Removal
The Quartz, Granite and Quicksilver Flask should be enchanted with “Used when Charges Reach Full” at the crafting bench.
