CasualDan's Minion Army Necromancer PoB and Gems (PoE Necropolis)

Notes

Make sure you have the PoE Community Fork: (https://github.com/PathOfBuildingCommunity/PathOfBuilding/releases)
When you are comparing your character against the PoB provided, make sure to match everything up in the Settings tab. If you don’t the numbers are meaningless. The Skeletons die, while the other minions recover their hp.

PoB Import

The current PoBs are updated for the 3.24 Necropolis League:

As with any build, there is conditional damage. For example, with Vaal Summon Skeletons, Punishment, and Pride Pride at maximum effect, the Low Budget PoB has 1.5 mil DPS. With those disabled, it has 700k DPS. That is the case for all PoBs listed below, and that is why a damage range is given.

Add Asenath's Gentle Touch and Profane Proxy for better clear.
If you have issues with resistances add a Ghastly Eye Jewel with +8-10% to all Elemental Resistances in your Darkness Enthroned

!Do not attempt to assemble this version without Mageblood. It’s too hard to fix resistances and stats requirements without it on this version!

Masteries

Life Masteries

+50 to Maximum Life

Armour Mastery

You take 30% reduced Extra Damage for Critical Strikes

Shield Mastery

+1% Chance to Block Attack Damage per 5% Chance to Block on Equipped Shield

Minion Masteries

Minions Attacks Overwhelm 20% Physical Damage Reduction
Minions have +250 to Accuracy Rating
20% increased Effect of Offerings
Minions have +8% to all Elemental Resistances
Minions have 30% increased maximum Life
Minion have 15% reduced Life Recovery rate

!!! And the most important Mastery that will keep our minions alive in really hard content, like for example Essences in Tier 16 maps: Minions Recover 5% of Life on Minion Death. Spam Skeletons when you notice that the health of your minions is going down and you’re gonna regen them like that. When you reach the cap of 9 Skeletons and you start summoning more, the Skeletons that are desummoned, count as dying !!!

Anoint

Since this is meant to be a cheap league start, we are not using an anoint, but save up your currency and go for Ravenous Horde, or if you plan on transitioning fast to the high-budget version, go for Charisma.
