Necropolis changelog
- Removed the Spectres that are no longer available in league
- Removed Unnatural Strenght, and added Bone Barrier instead
- Added Phantasms to the low budget setup which will help out a lot with clear and minion survivability
- Removed Impale from the low budget setup (Impale is still used on the High Budget version) and instead added War Banner and Brutality/Behead
- Updated all PoBs
April 23rd
