Ascendancy (Witch – Elementalist)

Shaper of Flames

This is what enables your build & makes it so you can start using Wave of Conviction while leveling. Until this point, you’ll be stuck with Spark & Orb of Storms.

Mastermind of Discord

Because you’re applying exposure with every hit, we decide to take this early as it’s a pretty big amplifier for your Damage.

Bastion of Elements

Eventhough it is less effective when taken earlier, I feel like you should be having more than enough damage between Merciless and Uber Lab to get away with picking the defensive option.

Shaper of Storms

Lastly, you’re going to make sure your damage Shocks, boosting your output tremendously.

Bandits

There really only is one option here. You want to kill all to help Eramir for 2 Skill Points. None of the Bandit options are particularly useful to you for this build.

Pantheons

Major Gods

Soul of The Brine King is your Pantheon of Choice. It grants you some much needed Stun avoidance. Ideally, you upgrade it to become Freeze Immune so you can replace the Flask affix.

Minor Gods

I would recommend Soul of Abberath here as Burning Ground is incredibly annoying for almost any build. Make sure to upgrade it.

Upgrading your Pantheons

Pantheon powers can be upgraded by using Divine Vessel in the Map Device while you are activating the particular Map that contains the boss you need. Once you’ve killed the boss and captured his soul, you can consume the Divine Vessel, which’ll show up filled in the map device, or deliver it to Sin in Oriath for extra dialogue relating to the game’s lore.
