GGG Announce Third Exilecon to be held this November

In a recent post on the official GGG Discord, the developers have announced that Exilecon will be returning to Auckland, New Zealand, on November 7th-8th in 2026! Tickets will go on sale February 10th at 12 PM PST.

What is Exilecon?

Exilecon is an event GGG have held twice before, first in 2019 and again in 2023. Much like any other gaming convention, they use the event to interact with fans, hold panels, give out swag, and show off all the things they have been working on recently.

If you are unable to, or don’t want to, attend in person, GGG will be livestreaming the entire event on their socials. Full details on when and where will come closer to the event, and will almost certainly include bonus MTX rewards for tuning in.

What to expect at Exilecon

Historically, Exilecon has come with some huge announcements, including Major Expansions to POE1, the original announcement of POE2, etc. It may hint at an official POE2 release date announcement around this time, though there is no information to confirm it. Here are some things you can expect to see this time around.

• Live Announcements with extensive developer discussions and interviews
• Exclusive playable Demos of upcoming POE content
• The return of the physical, in person POE Trading Card Game (available ONLY at Exilecon)
• Streamer Meet and Greets with a massive number of your favourite POE Creators
• Live Race Event Finals, where the best players in the world compete for glory
