PoB and Passive Skill Tree

All my guides use Path of Building. We have a simple guide for you that shows how to import my build into Path of Building. You can find the guide here.

Here’s the PoB: https://pobb.in/Og2D91DozNe1

Amulet Anointment

In my opinion, there’s only one Notable worth anointing for this build, and that is Death Attunement. This requires: 1x Clear Oil Clear Oil, 1x Crimson Oil Crimson Oil and 1x Silver Oil Silver Oil.

League content, Coins

With the arrival of the endgame rework in 3.28, we got a new currency, coins.
Three of them allow us to imbue gems with level 1 versions of support gems, intelligence, dexterity and strength related respectively to their types of coins.
Some of these will open up options for builds to offload their worst supports, and for some builds, the level modifiers are still too strong. You’re probably wondering which coins are relevant to this specific build, so let’s talk about that.
The first, and perhaps most important thing to note, is that this system has a lot of RnG involved. It’s random which possible support gem from the respective colours list you get. It is going to take a lot of attempts to hit the correct gem, and it will get expensive. As a result, coins are, in our opinion, a relatively late addition to most builds, as the cost is prohibitive.
With that out of the way, let’s talk about coins specific to this build.

Spectres like levels. They like levels a lot. As such, coins are an extremely high-budget option for the main gem and slightly convoluted for the support spectres. We’ll be going over what all of this means step by step, so there is no confusion.

Main Spectre Gem:
The first thing to note is that we will not be coining our main gem until after we have collectively hit gem level 30 without a level 21 gem. This means we need a total of +10 levels across our gear before the coins are worth using, and that is expensive.
Once we get there, however, there are options.

  1. Predator Support Predator Support is the generic straight damage support option. This will likely outperform the last few levels on the spectre gem itself towards 30 as well, but only against marked targets.
  2. Returning Projectiles Support Returning Projectiles Support this turns your screen into an absolute bullet hell, and you now have literally zero visual clarity. Clear does skyrocket with this, and single-target DPS bumps slightly. WD do not need this effect, and it is tiring on the eyes.
  3. Culling Strike Support Culling Strike Support is a great generic choice. It’s decent on both clear and single targets and is especially impactful on the later phases of boss fights, where they are the most deadly.

Should you hit any of the support gems we run to begin with, you might be able to keep that temporarily and fit another support. For the most part, this will be worse than a level, though. It’s also pretty expensive.

Support Spectre Gem:
The requirements here are less strict. All we need here is to hit gem level 25 on this gem, without having a level 21 gem, and we can use a coin. Or put differently, we need a total of +5 levels to spectres on our gear before we can coin this support.
There are, for the most part, two options here, though one stands out to me as better than the others.

  1. Feeding Frenzy Support Feeding Frenzy Support this allows us to drop the gem from links, and slot a different support. We only run this for the buff it provides, and shortening the length of that buff by a second is not a big deal. This is the standout option to me.
  2. Culling Strike Support Culling Strike Support This is a great option for the support link, as it means we get the effects of culling back at no real cost. If you imbue Feeding Frenzy, I would suggest you slot this.
